Returns PolicyRetail customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. Only product cost will be refunded - not shipping costs. All returns must be shipped registered and insured mail with signature required. Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to receive a return authorization. We appreciate your understanding.Returning Damaged ItemsAll items are checked before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged item you must contact us via Email or phone (888-201-3653) within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to verify the damage and receive a Return Authorization Number.Damaged goods will be replaced and shipped upon approval within our fulfillment center.
