Shipping & Returns

Orders within the 48 Contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS.

If you are interested in expedited shipping options we suggest that you contact us to ensure your package will arrive on the desired date. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET Monday-Thursday usually will not ship until the following day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday usually will not ship until the following Monday.

Please note: When estimating delivery date, do not count the day your package was picked up by UPS. For example, if 3 Day Select in chosen & your package is shipped out on Monday, you will receive the package by end of Thursday.

Once your order is picked up by UPS you will receive an email with your tracking information.


FLORIDA CUSTOMERS: We do offer in store pick up at our warehouse location (Oakland Park, FL). We are open M-F 10a.m.-4:30p.m. Please call ahead so we can have you order ready, as we are not a storefront.




We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box via UPS. Please provide an alternative shipping address.

Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard.

All other international orders (including Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns Policy

Retail customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. Only product cost will be refunded - not shipping costs. All returns must be shipped registered and insured mail with signature required. Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to receive a return authorization. We appreciate your understanding.

Returning Damaged Items

All items are checked before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged item you must contact us via Email or phone (888-201-3653) within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to verify the damage and receive a Return Authorization Number.

Damaged goods will be replaced and shipped upon approval within our fulfillment center. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted in our warehouse and returned to sender. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
